So many people have asked me why I would write a tourism blog about the place where I grew up. And it is mostly because not enough people (in my humble opinion) know about this little gem of a city nestled neatly between the Maiella and Gran Sasso mountains and the Pescara river. And there is no better tour guide than someone who has lived here their entire lives.

This is also slightly beneficial to myself, as I am trying to perfect my English language skills, so hopefully this blog will not only help others when they are booking their trip to Italy, but it will also help me improve upon my English writing skills.
